DANA TALARICO

Dana Talarico, President of The Talarico Company, brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate and development for both the residential and commercial sectors. Her real estate clients and development projects cover nearly every facet of the business, including mixed-use, healthcare, commercial office and multi-family communities.

The Talarico Company (TTC) has a proud legacy as a family-owned business, founded in 1976 by Joe Talarico. Dana observed the family business at an early age and has worked nearly every aspect of it, from the ground-up. In 1976, the company first opened its doors as an electrical contracting company with 90 employees and evolved over the years to a full service General Contractor with more than 5 million square feet of projects constructed.

Dana specializes in being a strategic partner to her clients, providing far more than traditional real estate brokerage or development services. She works closely with client executives on strategic site selection, gap analysis and decision-support. Her deep understanding of the Denver region combined with an ability to leverage data and access behind-the- scenes intelligence about emerging opportunities provides a key competitive advantage to her clients. On large-scale projects, Dana often works in partnership with project architects, engineers and local municipalities to obtain zoning and entitlements for local and national clients looking to expand or relocate in Colorado.

TTC specializes in comprehensive relocation support that addresses each family’s unique relocation needs while ensuring business imperatives are met.

The Talarico family has a rich history of community service and participation. Dana is past Board Chair of the Metro North Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as an Executive Board Member and is past Board Chair of the Metro North Leadership Council. She is an Advisory Board Member for Guaranty Bank and Trust. In 2009, Dana was honored to be appointed to the St. Anthony North Hospital Board of Trustees and became Board Chair in 2011, a role she continues today.

Dana first began her real estate career with LaSalle Partners in Chicago, today known as Jones Lang LaSalle, where she served as a team member and working with commercial agents to sell the prestigious Sears Tower.

Dana studied for a Bachelor Degree in Finance and International Business, which she obtained while living in France and Germany. She is fluent in French and also speaks German, Spanish and a bit of Italian.
